My Queen Room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed, but I expected a better view from the window, as it didn't match the photos. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of London's Theatre District, surrounded by fantastic shows at both the Novello Theatre and the Aldwych Theatre. We enjoyed family meals selected from the Kids Menu, which our grown children really appreciated during our stay.

My wife says that the check-in process left much to be desired. we encountered delays and our special requests were overlooked.

the waldorf has a great location, just a short walk from the theatre. the deluxe queen room was very nice, with comfortable bedding. the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed. I also loved the lovely smelling soap in the bathroom. it added a nice touch!
